Newguard Media

A studio built to do three jobs without three invoices

Newguard Media does web development, marketing and content creation. Same team, one scope, one thread of email.

Why we started

Most businesses end up with a developer, an agency and a freelancer who have never spoken to each other. The site launches without copy. The campaign points at a page that does not exist. Everyone bills for the meeting where they work out whose job it was.

Newguard Media put the three jobs under one roof so the plan survives contact with the build. The person writing your headline knows what the page has to do, and the person running your ads knows what happens after the click.

We stay small on purpose. A short client list means the same people are on your project from the first call to the handover, and it means we turn down work we are not right for instead of taking it and learning on your budget.

Why hire one team for three jobs?

Because the handoffs are where projects break. When the build, the words and the campaign come from the same scope, nobody waits on a supplier who has not been briefed. You get one plan, one schedule and one person to ask, and the work stays consistent from the first headline to the last landing page.

How Newguard Media works, in short
Team The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work.
Location Remote studio. We take clients wherever they are and meet by video.
Scope Written before the build starts, covering pages, features, dates and price.
Build Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A CMS when your team needs to edit.
Ownership Code, domain, hosting, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name.
After launch Changes quoted as they come, or an agreed scope for ongoing work.

What is it like to work with us?

Quiet. You get a written plan, a link to watch the build, and an email thread you can search later. We ask direct questions early, tell you when an idea will cost more than it returns, and put the answer in writing so nobody relies on memory.

Questions about the studio

What people ask once they know what we do and want to know how we do it.

Who actually works on my project?

The people you meet on the first call. Newguard Media keeps the client list short so the same person scopes, builds and hands over your project instead of passing it down a chain.

What kind of clients does Newguard Media take on?

Businesses that need a site built properly and kept useful afterwards. That covers service companies, shops selling online, and teams replacing a site nobody can edit.

Do you build on WordPress or a page builder?

We write the front end by hand in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. When a site needs editing by non-developers we add a content management system your team can use, chosen for the job rather than out of habit.

What happens if we need changes after launch?

Send them over. Small changes get quoted as they come, and ongoing work runs on an agreed scope. You are never locked in, because the code and the accounts are already yours.

Can you work alongside our in-house marketer?

Yes. We split the work in writing at the start so nobody duplicates effort, then share the page map, the content plan and the reporting with your team.

Work with the people who answer the email

Every project starts with a written plan you approve, and ends with every file and login in your name.
