Newguard Media

Build it, fill it, and bring people to it

Three services that work on their own and work better together. Take one or take all three.

Web development

Sites written by hand so they load fast, work on a phone and survive being edited. If your team needs to change a page without a developer, we add a content management system and teach them to use it.

Marketing sites

The site people land on after a search, an ad or a recommendation. Structured around what you sell and the questions buyers ask before they call.

  • Page map and wireframes
  • Responsive build, phone first
  • Forms that reach your inbox
  • Speed and accessibility checks

Online shops

Product pages, cart and checkout, connected to payment and shipping. Reporting set up so you can see which products and campaigns pay for themselves.

  • Product and category pages
  • Payments and shipping setup
  • Stock and order notifications
  • Sales reporting

Rescues and rebuilds

A site that loads slowly, breaks on phones or cannot be edited. We audit it, tell you what is worth keeping, and give you the choice between a repair and a rebuild.

  • Technical and content audit
  • Repair or rebuild, costed both ways
  • Content migration
  • Redirects so rankings survive

Marketing

Traffic is easy to buy and hard to convert. We work on the parts that decide whether a visit turns into an enquiry, then report on the ones that did in language you can repeat to your board.

Search

The technical work that lets search engines read the site, plus the pages and answers that make it worth showing. Local listings included where they apply.

  • Technical SEO and structured data
  • Keyword and question research
  • Service and location pages
  • Local listings and map profiles

Email

The list you own, used properly. Welcome sequences, campaigns and the quiet automations that follow up while you are doing something else.

  • List setup and sign-up forms
  • Welcome and follow-up sequences
  • Campaign writing and sending
  • Deliverability checks

Paid and reporting

Paid search and paid social pointed at pages built to receive them. Tracking configured first, so the report shows enquiries rather than impressions.

  • Campaign build and management
  • Landing pages for each campaign
  • Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Reporting you can read

What does a website cost?

It depends on the page count, whether you sell online, and how much of the writing and photography we do. You get one number in the written plan before anything starts, and it only changes if you change the scope.

Content creation

A finished site with nothing to say goes quiet within a month. We write and shoot for your business so the pages have something worth reading and the social accounts have something worth posting.

Words

Site copy, landing pages, articles and case studies, written from interviews with the people who do the work rather than from a competitor's homepage.

  • Site and landing page copy
  • Articles and guides
  • Case studies and interviews
  • Tone of voice notes for your team

Photography and video

Your products, your premises and your people, shot to fit the layouts we build. Short video cut for the places people will watch it.

  • Product and team photography
  • Short-form video
  • Editing and captions
  • Image library you keep

Ongoing content

A plan you approve, then work delivered on a schedule. Templates and a style guide come with it, so your team can keep going without us.

  • Content calendar
  • Writing and shooting on a schedule
  • Social posting and scheduling
  • Templates and style guide

What comes with every build?

The same floor on every project, whatever the budget. These are not upgrades and they are not line items you can decline, because a site that fails on any of them costs you visitors.

Questions about the work

Scope, price, timing and what happens after launch.

Can I hire you for one service, or is it a bundle?

One is fine. Plenty of clients start with a build and add marketing later, or keep their developer and hire us for content. The written plan covers only what you asked for.

Do you build online shops?

Yes. We build product pages, carts and checkouts, connect payments and shipping, and set up the reporting that shows which products and campaigns pay for themselves.

Will my site be accessible?

We build to WCAG AA: keyboard support, visible focus, real labels on every form field, colour contrast that passes, and alt text on images. Accessibility is part of the build rather than a paid extra.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

We set them up in your name and hand over the logins. You pay the host and the registrar directly, so you can move the site at any time without asking us for permission.

How long does a website take to build?

It depends on the page count, the features and how fast content and feedback come back. We put dates in the written plan before starting and tell you as soon as anything threatens them.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes. Updates, edits, new pages and reporting can run on an agreed monthly scope, or you can send work as it comes up and we quote each piece.

Tell us which part you need

You get a written plan covering pages, features, dates and price before anything is built, and every account stays in your name.
